Edible products (ALL CONSUMABLE FOOD PRODUCTS) are only eligible for return if incorrect items are dispatched by Bayamipr.com. We do not accept returns for products that are undamaged or delivered accurately. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with any returned products.
To ensure that you receive the precise product you intend to purchase, Bayamipr.com provides product descriptions with the utmost accuracy. Food products are non-returnable, so we urge you to exercise caution during the ordering process, as Bayamipr.com cannot authorize Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for items received due to customer ordering errors. Unauthorized returns will be considered ABANDONED, with no refund issued.
For broken or defective products, we offer the choice of reshipment or a refund to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for breakage of fragile items during shipping or for products melting when shipped through non-expedited methods in warm weather months.
